PERSPECTA INVEST Ltd. was founded in 2007 as a third company of consortium PERSPECTA Group. The primary goal of the company is to become a development and investment company with focus on development of multifunctional buildings, private houses, industrial sites, hotels, boarding houses and accommodation complex. A great deal of attention is paid to offering a full range of real estate, from small 1 bedroom apartments to luxury flats mostly in Bratislava, as well as development of industrial sites and hotels in Slovakia.
